Booking with Two Poppies Tours works as follows. To reserve your place, we ask for a 25% deposit per person, payable by card (via a payment link) or bank transfer; your reservation is confirmed on receipt. The balance is due 45 days before the tour begins. If you cancel 60 days or more before the tour, you receive a full refund, deposit included; between 59 and 30 days, half of the tour price is refunded; under 30 days no refund is possible, though your place may be transferred to another person at no cost. We warmly recommend travel insurance. If we must cancel a tour — weather, the minimum of three guests not being reached, or illness — you choose between a full refund of everything paid or free rebooking to other dates, and any minimum-group decision is made no later than 45 days before departure, so your travel plans are never left in suspense.
